I just placed an order. How long will it take to arrive at my location?
All orders will ship from our location within 24 business hours. Your order will be delivered via Canada Post within 5-7 business days. Orders shipping to major cities in Ontario and Quebec are likely to arrive within 1-2 business days at standard rates, however this is not guaranteed. Please remember, business days do not include weekends or holidays.
How do I track my package?
Your tracking number is emailed to you once the order has shipped. If you did not receive a tracking number, please check your spam/junk folder and/or contact us at email@example.com.
I made an error on my address or forgot to include a unit/buzzer number. Will it still be delivered?
If you notice you have provided the wrong shipping information, please contact us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org or 647.931.8648. We cannot guarantee that we can successfully reroute the parcel, but we may be able to have it sent to a local post office for pick-up. If your package has already been marked Return To Sender (RTS), we cannot intercept the return and you will be refunded for the order upon its arrival back at our location.
My parcel didn't arrive within 5-7 business days. Can I get my money back?
If you paid for expedited Canada Post shipping and did not receive the parcel within 5-7 business days (this does not include the day of shipping), you will be refunded for your shipping costs.
My tracking information states my order has been delivered but I have not received it. What do I do?
Worry not! Your order is most likely still on its way. Many parcels are marked Delivered prior to being delivered later that day. Allow Canada Post until 8 PM to deliver the parcel before contacting customer service. If you have not received it by the next day, please contact us at email@example.com and a representative will respond within 24 business hours.
